I can’t find my confirmation email.
To receive your confirmation email again, click
here
and click on “Already ordered? Retrieve your tickets here.” Then enter the email address you used to place your order.
If you paid for your ticket in installments, you will receive your final confirmation email once all your payments have been completed.
When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be sent to you on June 15th!
I would like to pay for my ticket in installments.
You can choose to pay for your ticket in installments when entering your payment information. We offer payment in 3, 4, 5, or 6 installments with no fees, and 2-installment payments from May 1st to May 31st.
The first payment counts as the first installment. The following month (30 days after the first payment), the same amount will be automatically debited from your account. If the automatic payments fail (insufficient funds, blocked card, etc.), we will retry three times at one-week intervals (over 3 weeks).
If you want to cancel upcoming payments, manually pay an installment, or check the status of your payment plan, go to the email titled “LES ARDENTES 2026 – PAYMENTS IN INSTALMENTS – ACTIVED” that you received when you placed your order and click on “Manage my payments”.
Warning: After three failed attempts, the order will be canceled, and your initial installments will not be refundable.
I paid for my ticket in installments, but I do not wish to complete the payment plan.

What happens once I have paid the first installment of my payment plan?

I already have my ticket and I want to modify my order.
If you want to add camping to your 4-day pass, convert your day ticket into a 4-day pass, or upgrade your ticket to VIP, it’s really simple!
Log in to your Client Area, accessible via your confirmation email, or by clicking here

Then click on “Manage” for the ticket you want to modify and select “Change tickets”. You can then choose which ticket to replace the old one with and pay the price difference between the two.
A fee of €1.50 applies for any order modification.
If you paid for your ticket in installments, you will need to wait until all installments have been paid before modifying your order.
If the price has changed since your initial purchase, you will only need to pay the difference between your original purchase price and the current sale price at the time of your exchange. For example, if you bought a WAVE 1 ticket and want to add camping when WAVE 2 tickets are on sale, you will need to pay the difference between the two WAVE prices.
I have a 1 day ticket and I want to change the day.
Log in to your Client Area, accessible via your confirmation email, or by clicking here.
Then click on “Manage” for the ticket you want to modify and select “Change tickets”. You can then choose a new day.
If the price has changed since your initial purchase, you will only need to pay the difference between your original purchase price and the current price at the time of your exchange. For example, if you bought an Early Bird ticket and want to change the day when Wave 2 tickets are on sale, you will need to pay the difference between the two prices.
If you paid for your ticket in installments, you will need to wait until all payments have been completed before modifying your order.
How do I stay at the Easy or All‑Star camping?

At Easy Camping, your tent is already set up, so you don’t need to carry or pitch it yourself. You can arrive whenever you like, as your spot is guaranteed.
All-Star Glamping offers you the extra comfort you’re looking for.
Warning: To use your accommodation, you must have a PASS + CAMPING.

I would like to get an accessible ticket (PMR) and/or an accompanying ticket for a person with reduced mobility (PMR).
To provide you with the best possible support, people with reduced mobility (PMR) or disabilities (PSH) are invited to complete the form available here:

before receiving their personalized purchase link.
Companion tickets will also be available through this form.
I have reduced mobility (PMR), but I purchased a standard ticket.
You can send an email to pmr@lesardentes.be to modify your ticket.
My ticket is not in my name.
Don’t worry, you will receive an email to personalize your tickets a few weeks before the festival. This option will also be available from your Client Area.
I purchased insurance, how can I request a refund?
If you purchased insurance for your tickets and wish to request a refund, you can submit your request here.
Warning: Supporting documents will be required.
Are minors allowed at the festival and camping?
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to access the camping area and the festival.
Minors between 16 and 18 years old must have a signed parental authorization along with a photocopy of their parents’ ID.
I already have my ticket, but I can no longer attend Les Ardentes.
Tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions which you agreed to at the time of purchase. If you purchased insurance for your tickets and wish to request a refund, go here . Warning: Supporting documents will be required. You can also offer your ticket for resale via your Client Area .
